The Jimmy Dee Refer a Friend Program rewards you for sharing Jimmy Dee Music Productions with your friends. You can earn up to $250 a year by simply telling them about Jimmy Dee Music.
And we’ve made it easy for you! Just fill out the form on the next page with yours and your referal’s contact information. We’ll do all the rest. Once you have referred a friend, we will contact them and invite them to view our services for their next event. When they book Jimmy Dee Music, we will send you an email informing you that your referal has booked and when to expect your reward check of $25 for each event you refer. You can refer as many friends and family members as you like.

Terms & Conditions
Referred customer must: (1) book Jimmy Dee Music within 60 days of referral for a future date (2) not already be booked with Jimmy Dee Music (3) remain booked with Jimmy Dee until and use Jimmy Dee Music for the event (4) must not have already contacted Jimmy Dee Music prior to referring customer’s referral. The $25 reward check will be mailed to the address given at the time of completing this form. The referring customer and referred customer must reside at different addresses and cannot be for the same booking. Any one person can refer up to 10 friends and family members per year and earn a maximum of $250 in reward checks per calendar year. If referred customer is referred by multiple referring customers, the first referring customer to place the referral will receive the reward. Reward checks will be issued the week after referred customer’s event. Jimmy Dee is not responsible for replacement of lost or unclaimed rewards. Other restrictions may apply. Jimmy Dee Music may cancel or modify this program or its terms at any time. Referrals also referred by Jimmy Dee’s catering “house accounts” are ineligible. Jimmy Dee Music employees and their families are not eligible to receive the $25 gift check for referrals.
